Forest Highlands Block Party

Neighbors, family and friends gathered on a beautiful August day for dinner, wine, music and dancing.
A few rain drops had to be dodged, but it did not rain on our parade of fun. With a little help from our friends, the set up was a breeze...we don't need no stinking Roadies. Our set list included many of our favs, including "Satisfaction" and "Gloria". Hendrix got his mojo going once again. Thrash's bass was doing some sweet thumping, Boetch hit some vocals that had never been heard before, Lefty left it out there and I could be heard hitting my "babies" for blocks. Neighbors danced into the sunset....and what a glorious sunset
As things wound down....the remaining crew continued to "taste" the wines...as we shared stories.
